Learn to read the nutritional chart of the foods you buy, you read what you are going to put into your body…
white carbohydrates such as pasta, bread, pizza and sweets, potatoes, soft cheeses, bananas, sugar, sugary foods, sugary drinks and those containing sugar substitutes, alcoholic drinks including beer and carbonated drinks, therefore:
Sugars: including white sugar, brown sugar, high fructose corn syrup, honey, maple syrup, and high-carb artificial sweeteners like aspartame.
Grain and flour products: including bread, pasta, rice, cereals, flour and baked goods such as cakes and cookies.
Fruits: Some fruits are allowed in small amounts, but those high in sugar such as bananas, apples, grapes, mangoes, and pineapples should be avoided.
Potatoes: including sweet and regular potatoes.
High-carb foods: including sugary dairy products like yogurt with fruit, sugary drinks, alcoholic beverages, high-carb snacks like chips and popcorn.
Processed foods: including packaged foods, fast foods, deli meats, and deli meats, which often contain hidden sugars and unnecessary carbs.
Meat: including red meat, poultry, pork, lamb, veal, beef and offal.
Seafood: including salmon, sardines, tuna, shrimp, mussels and other seafood.
Eggs: both white and yolk.
Leafy greens: Includes spinach, kale, arugula, lettuce, Swiss chard, and other leafy greens.
Non-starchy vegetables: including broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, peppers, tomatoes, carrots, and others.
Nuts & Seeds: Including almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and others.
Healthy Fats: Including olive oil, coconut oil, butter, animal fats, avocados, and others.
Cheese: including cheddar, goat, blue, brie, and other low-carb cheeses.

But that sounds like a ketogenic diet, so why use Pruvit’s exogenous ketone supplement?
Because the ketogenic diet is very restrictive, it is very difficult to achieve and maintain an effective state of ketosis.
Ketones allow you to reach it quickly, but they reach the maximum effect 4/5 hours after ingestion, for this reason 2 sachets per day are recommended.
Pruvit exogenous ketones allow you to have high levels of ketones in your blood instantly during those hours, allowing you to burn fat, reduce hunger and improve mental focus.
When using Pruvit Exogenous Ketones to lose weight, you no longer need to measure or weigh food, instead avoiding certain foods, especially in the 4/5 hours after taking exogenous ketones.
Exogenous ketones allow you to not follow such a restrictive diet, for example, you can easily eat pizza on Saturday night, and if you eat more instead of 20 grams of carbohydrates per day, as the ketogenic diet dictates, you will not lose the effects of ketosis.
But I advise you especially in the 4/5 hours after drinking exogenous ketones not to eat carbohydrates and sugars as these could inhibit the effects of exogenous ketones.
My advice on drinking exogenous ketones and optimizing their effects:
You can drink exogenous ketones in a 500/600ml shaker with water, but I recommend oat milk, which is low in carbs and even lower in sugar than coconut milk or soy milk
Drink them on an empty stomach
Coffee without sugar is safe to drink
If you have a good caffeine tolerance, “CHARGED” ketones have a high caffeine content that increases fat burning effects.
